SUnMaRC
	The Southwestern Undergraduate Mathematics Research Conference, or SUnMaRC, will be held at the University of Arizona, March 30 - April 1, 2012. It is essentially a conference for undergraduates with most talks given by undergraduates on research in the mathematical sciences. We anticipate being able to take roughly 20 ASU students to this conference, some of whom will give talks, and some will simply attend. If you have done, or are doing, a special project in mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, or mathematics education, please consider attending and giving a talk on your work. Examples are work done through an REU experience, an honors thesis, an honors project, or other interesting work. Talks are 15-minutes long. This site has links to past and upcoming conferences. If you are interested in attending, please me an e-mail (at jj@asu.edu) with the following information: Name: Year (e.g, freshman, ..., senior): If you would like to give a talk, also provide: Tentative title: Faculty sponsor (if possible, an ASU faculty member familiar with your work): Brief abstract of your talk: The deadline for applying is February 1, 2012.
